IPL 2025 has started on 22 March 2025, its opening ceremony has been started with Shahrukh Khan, Disha Patani and Shreya Gh oshal singing the song Tal and Saan.

The first match of the season was played between Ray and Koke at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata.

Disha Patani opened the IPL opening with a dance performance.

After this, the first match of the IPL started and K batted first.KKR gave RCB a target of 172 runs which RCB chased down.
